There is a nice blend between the combinations of yoga moves along with a continuity of attention to detail and feedback. I have been a long time student of Christina's. She's a wonderful teacher who is extremely passionate about yoga, her students and teaching. She has a deep understanding of anatomy and her classes provide a balance of strength, flexibility and flow. As a teacher she provides a non judgmental environment, and is encouraging, knowledgeable and sensitive to individual needs. She is dedicated to the development and growth of her students. Every class is a learning, transforming and loving experience. From a beginner to the very experienced, every one would benefit from Christina's classes.

As a stiff older man who has suffered from various aches for many years, Christina has been just the remedy I needed. As a busy professional, she makes my life easier and more enjoyable by coming to my apartment twice per week for one-on-one sessions that include yoga breathing and flexibility enhancement.

Christina's yoga classes are inspiring and focused. She is tuned into the interests, needs and capabilities of each student and her classes always flow smoothly. Over a year ago, I was looking for a yoga instructor for my studio, CORE, and was given Christina's name from a mutual client.
Christina started teaching at my studio once or twice a week and was an instant success. Her experienced and caring style of instruction is a value to me as a business owner and as one of her students.

I started working with Christina as a novice "yogi" and although I had tried yoga in the past it never really stuck….until I met Christina. Here was someone who didn't come at me chanting or expecting me to be all bendy. You can tell that she loves what she does and that she enjoys sharing her passion for yoga with you whatever stage you're at, mentally or physically. Compared to other instructors I've gone to, Christina is very aware and will make sure that you understand the poses and makes sure you're doing them properly. I've had so many instructors where they didn't cue or give proper instruction but Christina makes sure you're getting the full benefit of yoga and part of that is implementing movements correctly. I have learned so much from her and always always love doing yoga with her whether its one on one or in a group. She's a beautiful gentle soul who is a fantastic yoga instructor that I will continue to recommend to as many people as possible. (Diana Davidson)

I feel blessed to have met Christina as part of my yoga practice and am constantly amazed at how she’s able to modify our classes based on each students strengths and weaknesses. She demonstrates each posture clearly and shows multiple variations while also talking about the anatomy involved with the poses. I started attending Christina’s Yoga class a few months before my ACL reconstruction surgery, with the hopes that it would provide aid in the recovery from the operation. As I’ve had this same surgery done on my other knee years before, I can definitely attest that the extra strength, stability, and flexibility gained from yoga made a tremendous difference. Even my doctor was surprised at how quickly I was recuperating. I find Christina to be an excellent teacher. She accounts for each individual’s skill level and physical limitations, and she’s always mindful to provide alternative poses as necessary. Her class is non-intimidating and has a great combined feeling of openness, participation, focus, and fun. I would recommend Christina’s class without hesitation. (Rod Higo)
