All men need to stretch.

.

Many don’t … or they take five minutes to do so at the end of their workouts … on a good day!

.

.

Over the years, this adds up and those hamstrings get tighter, the lower back becomes stiffer and one’s posture deteriorates.

.

Combine that with a desk job where you’re sitting for eight hours a day staring at a computer … then driving and then … ┬ámore sitting … it’s a recipe for pending body disaster!

.

Once men arrive into their 40s, 50s and older, their bodies are often considerably tighter and less mobile – rendering them more prone to injuries, particularly in their lower back, knees and shoulders. It is harder to move, let alone move well and play sports or do other activities like they once did.

.

.

It need not be so…

.

Stretching and intelligent, aware movement are the best medicines and are highly effective antidotes to aging!

.

With steady commitment it is absolutely possible to improve flexibility, agility and mobility.
